How derelict can you get?

I keep seeing entries for dereliction Thursday but as yet I am not sure how to enter. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to tell me.

This is Arnside Tower. Built in the 14th. or early 15th Century.it suffered a severe fire in 1602 but was repaired and re occupied. Between 1684 And 1690 it was partly dismantled with stone being moved to Beetham.

In 1884 it was subjected to a severe storm which destroyed much of the South west and southern walls.

There seems to be no prospect of any restoration being undertaken. It will slowly become more derelict.
