Dakota

We have our new puppy home and so far him and Mr Bo (our cat) have not bonded. Mr Bo slapped Dakota (he is declawed) and he cried for about 2 minutes. He is finally laying down to take a nap and this is the first time he hasn't been wimpering. I guess he misses his 5 brothers and sisters. We met his mom and dad today and they were not too friendly. Sure hope Dakota is a friendly dog. I guess it is all in the training. Well, tonight will be interesting. We are going to crate train him but the man we bought him from said he eats at 2:00am so I guess you know what we will be doing in the middle of the night. Just like having a baby in the house again.
