Multi-storey....

Many years ago I bought a second hand car with a personal number plate belonging to the previous owner. So I had to get a new registration number, and then organise new plates.

After enquiring I was told to drive to level 6 in a certain multi-storey. So I did. Out from behind a pillar appeared this man with a clipboard who looked under the bonnet, checked the engine numbers etc, and handed me a piece of paper with my new number on it.

Of course the mystery man was from DVLA, but it definitely felt like a shady deal.....
