A Stressful Week

Its the end of the year business wise and all those jobs on the books, receipts alterations on sheets and numbers I said that I would do as I went along got postponed . I have been particularly slack this year. And it ha snot helped changing computers in April. Its still an apple but with a different operating system and the excel software has such a lot more to offer you! Thanks but I was happy with the old one. When stuff got transferred from my old computer to the new one when I opened something it had to be converted and when I closed it it was safely copied and then the two identical items stored god knows where - in the fridge? Then of course you re opened them - after trawling through loads of folders (only to find it in the fridge ) I went to file and saved it as ++++ so I knew which copy I was working on. I closed it and the same copying and filing system went into action. I couldn't understand it - my files were breeding! Highly unsatisfactory when you have a years worth of books to sort out and a VAT quarter to submit. Mega headaches and paddys all week. I have been dreaming about it when I go to bed. The ever patient Yan is breathing a sigh of relief as walks have been very cursory or non existent, she has had to drop her metal dog bowl in front of me to remind me of the need for grub, the house has gone to pot and I have not answered the phone for a week. Still its all over now. Just a small question of payment (I hate that - I know it's unreasonable but I always feel like I am being robbed) . Next time it will be different and I have been saying that for 22yrs. This picture is the tidied up version. Off to the woods tomorrow for a proper walk.
