Traffic troubles
I'm sure that all of us who have done a speed awareness course will know that motorways are the safest roads in the country and rural lanes the most dangerous. This is my main route from home to town and this morning I popped out for a loaf before starting work. You can see that it's narrow and that it drops down. The stone wall on the left is replicated on the right before reaching a blind bend going to the left with the entrance to the fire brigade HQ on the right. Fun isn't it? Add in the fallen leaves and an overnight frost and you'll understand why the council are out cleaning the roads this early. And it's a rat run each morning and evening.
It's all worth it to live where I do
