Yet antother garden frog

I find two things remarkable: 1 - that frogs are so popular as garden decorations. 2 - that those frogs so often are grotesque. But they make me laugh. On rare occasions I encounter a live frog. It should be more often, there are several gardens with ponds in the village. But the village is patrolled by herons which hunts for goldfish in the ponds. I suppose they take the eventual frogs too.
