Today mostly involved Biggs' works party in Garching. This, in turn, involved cockails aplenty (until they ran out of limes(!)), a delicious meze-type buffet with everything a vegetarian could wish for and a band playing vaguely danceable music.

On the way home we stopped at Rhein-Pfalz, which we'd never been to before and will certainly try to go to again.
