A Quiff??

Joe insists he has cultivated a quiff although I'm not convinced it is anything more than a tuft.
I guess teddy boys were some of the first people to support quiffs and some other famous "quiffers" would include Billy Idol, TinTin and this lot.
Another horrible morning - grey and wet- so there is very little chance of an outside blip today.
Off to make some pea soup!
