Orange and yellow permits only

Luckily, I have an orange permit. Not so fortunate is that it is last year's issue, this year's curiously disappeared. So far no one has questioned it. Perhaps it helps that I put my chaplain's card on the dashboard of the car, or maybe no one has checked.
Who knows?
