Keep clear.

I was in town earlier on and this was the scene at the start of lunchtime. A combination of rainwater coming off the hills and high tide mean the River Nith was starting to flood again, first across one car park and then it had also reached the road. The water levels were still rising when I left, so it remains to be seen how high it goes.
