The last song..
Cleaned and prepared 8 trouts today, raw trouts that have been stored in a salt solution for some time, bone out, skin off, filet cut to slices. Tomorrow they are our meal, together with boiled potatoes, Norwegian flat bread, "lefse" which is another Norwegian speciality, chopped onion, cream, aquavite, beer and aquavite. A tradition with friends around the table, the 18th year in the row. Have a nice weekend all.
