Blown away..

by the beauty of the afternoon. I took a walk out to my favourite lighthouse with Flossie and the light was just beautiful. Somehow after a day of rain the sunshine is so much more beautiful. The skies cleared around lunchtime and the sun shone until this cloud got in the way.. but I wouldn't have had it any other way.. just look at it!! It reminded me of a clam shell with the anti-crepuscular rays fanning out to the heavens.. I also love the orange glow on the far shoreline.. best seen large.
