After the rain

This was Loch Eck late this morning as I drove back to Dunoon from a meeting in Inveraray which was focussed on the severe weather difficulties that are affecting the A83.

Yesterday at home in Glendaruel we had 74.3 mm of rain - a record for a day. But fortunately the downpour has stopped ( for now ) and there is a silvery light on the lochs and (many) puddles.
