Not just your ordinary furniture shop

This is another photo in my series about independent businesses along Leith Walk. I was lucky enough to get the whole family to be in the photograph! Garry and his wife Caroline both work in their furniture shop giving it a life and charm that you would never find at a big chain store. I was lucky that their son was more than happy to strike a pose for the camera which made my job a whole lot easier! I'm beginning to realize how important all these businesses are not just because it gives the area a great variety of products but also because they allow families to grow and flourish.
If I had the room I'd definitely have that gorilla in my (haha) entrance hall!
