Off to switzerland

Its been a bit of a busy week and by the time I went to work, i had failed to pack my bags for the weekend with my brother etc in Switzerland. After a very rushed morning, I managed to pack and to photograph my amaryllis. I think its stunning!

A uneventful trip to City Airport. Whilst looking lost trying to work out where the gate was, a voice shouted Kate. My brother also flying home for the weekend! He thought i was flying from heathrow and was planning to meet me in customs. Back at his, my niece has had an afternoon nap to make sure she was awake when i arrived. She was very excited and a little shy. Great to see them all. She was fast asleep after 3 christmas stories!
