Allegiances

As mentioned in yesterdays blip I am up here with a few colleagues to watch the League and what a fantastic time we've all just had.
There was a group of 6 of us, 2 Poms and 4 Kiwis - so some good banter going on - the game was tense and close and England only just lost :-) My allegiances were torn. I confess that in anything other than cricket I rarely support England (my dad was a Scot so my allegiance is usually to Scotland) And I NEVER sing the English national anthem because I don't show allegiance to the Queen. So I sang the NZ National Anthem but supported the English team :-)

Oh and being Dunedin I did do some shopping too :-)
