Mary and Archie

I have been wanting to have a play in Hyde Park for a while but didn't get down until after sunset. It was Mum's birthday yesterday and I am taking her to Cirque du Soleil tomorrow. Mary is St Mary's cathedral in the background and Archie is the Archibald fountain.

I didn't realise that a statue of Queen Victoria overlooks the law courts and across the road is Albert. It is rather fitting isn't it.

On the dongle and it is late so will probably catch up with comments when back in Newcastle but thanks so much for the kind response to yesterdays.
