From the Other Side

Wandered over to look in the little aquarium shop on Victoria Road. Took a brief detour down Calder Street to visit this spot, where a little bit more was ripped out the heart of this community a few years back.


The Sunday paper (uploaded this blip on Sunday) carried a story today about child prostitution amongst the Romany immigrants in Govanhill. Of course, you can't say if this pool was still open, there'd be no such thing, but viable amenities vs. crimerate: it's an obvious connection, innit?
