Angel

Liz went off to an Angel workshop today, so I was at home with Dylan.

He had a rather restless night, biting one of the growths again and making it bleed. In addition he is still having problems with the back legs. This is probably the cortisone that is causing muscle wasting. The problem is, that he needs the cortisone for the pain relief. So can't win really.

So it was a rather slow start. But we managed a short walk this afternoon. Bright sunny day with the autumn colours. Otherwise I have spent relaxing day reading. Difficult to leave Dylan alone.

Tonight I am off to Morges along the lake to run a 10k race. Start is at 8.30pm Fortunately it isn't too cold, so should be fun.
