Cherry plum

This rather straggly, almost weeping tree was in the garden when we bought the house, and for fourteen years I didn't know what it was. This year it produced a single cherry plum, which was helpful. Unfortunately now I know what it is, my plan to give it a fairly heavy autumn prune will have to be put on hold till next summer.
