After the run....

The Mister and B were up at the crack of dawn to go to a martial arts championship. I couldn't really stay in bed whilst they were out doing stuff so went out in the rain to see if my legs still worked. 5km through some very sticky mud, next week I shall either get the trail shoes out or do a road circuit. Assuming my shoes have dried out by then. Anyway, after a shower, some yoga and some porridge I settled down with some knitting, a cuppa and a stack of magazines.

B came home with a medal - she reached the final 8 in her age group. She is pleased as punch (we all are).
