Canal Basin Bronze Swans

I don't frequent the canal basin so hadn't known about this family of bronze swans. I rather like them, they are by sculptor Shona Kinloch.

However, they are situated quite close to the seating at the end of the canal and whoever decided to place a litter bin as close on the other side clearly had their own agenda as it was impossible to appreciate the group in its entirety from any distance. I hope that is in a temporary position.
