Stuffed!
Jean Luc and Michel's wedding dinner at our local Michelin-starred restaurant...
Began with an amuse-bouche of carrot and fresh coriander mousse, mushroom toast and a leek and fish roll thingy.
Then...
Foie gras with a caramelised top
Then...
Fresh ravioli with langoustines in a frothy soup
Then
Monkfish with green apple and citrus
Then...
Slow cooked veal with wild mushrooms
Then...
Cheese
Then...
Chocolate ice cream, chocolate mousse, with chocolate and caramel sauces
Then...
Fresh fruit salad and sorbet
Then...
Coffee with home made chocolates and shortbread!
All washed down with Gaillac wine.
Now we just have to lie down.....
