Red

The Airport Tower at Edinburgh has been lit up red as part of the Remembrance Events this year, I think The Kelpies and Inverness Castle have also been turned red. It would have been great to see The Tower of London's poppy fields, but instead we're hoping to go to Princes Street gardens.

We watched The Passing Bells this week which was on every day. Although it told a moving story of 2 similar soldiers on either side, the reality of the war can only have been worse than I can ever possibly imagine...
