Mrs Quack and her family

I found this family of ducks in one of our paddocks, and before I could change lenses on my camera, they were off waddling away from me, with Mumma duck quacking flat tack, probably warning her babies that danger was around and to get out of there as soon as possible. Or perhaps they were all camera shy - who knows.

A busy day with milking in the early hours of the morning (well that's what it felt like!), a morning of baking after breakfast, an hour in the vege garden planting after lunch, and then back to the cowshed for the afternoon milking. The day just raced by.
