Concert Time

The Phoenix Choir wound up its Faure's Requium tour before a "packed house" today and I was there to grab a few pictures during the pre-concert rehearsal. The lady in focus is Winnie and she sings in the alto section. The LARGE version is worthwhile, I think.

The conditions were surprisingly dark as the camera settings suggest. I was using the 45mm and I was delighted with the shallow dof in this shot but I should also have liked to manage some smaller aperture/wider dof shots here and there to break the shoot up a bit. Just too dark.
