Remembrance Sunday

Up and at 'em to get into town to join in with the town's Remembrance Sunday Parade with my Brownies.

Caught up with my 2 Sea Scouts who are on a Group Sleepover and were bussed into the parade - first time I've seen Ally in their full uniform. Bella is still in her Scout shirt as she will become an Explorer after Christmas and need a different uniform!

The parade and service began in beautiful sunshine. As the service went in, the storm clouds started gathering and thunder rumbled. As the Lord's Prayer began, the heavens opened and the service was very rapidly concluded!

A soggy cheeky Killigrew with Christine and Terry then home for lunch and to decorate Lily and Malcolm's cake for their joint party this afternoon...
