Quack!

One of my most favourite things about this holiday is the wildlife. We've seen so many creatures, and so close. Baby Pink couldn't believe her eyes the first morning, when a squirrel came to the door and sat eating the breadcrumbs and nuts we'd left. She happily chats away to the ducks that visit, and Master Pink gives us a running commentary on all the wildlife as it comes near.

Wednesday:

Woken by a squirrel dancing on the roof.
Went swimming.
Baby Pink and I went to baby signing class, which was brilliant. And I am now signing mummy, daddy, brother and doggy to her at every opportunity!!
Played adventure golf. Not sure who won, but it was lots of fun, and proved that I shouldn't be left in charged with any type of golf clubby sticky thing!
Had hot chocolates.
Met Mrs Duck and her friends. She was very nice and very sociable, and posed very nicely for me, while we passed the time of day.
Enjoyed a log fire and watched wild cats through the window,
