Dealing with the the alpha male kids

I took the #1son and his friend to the park. It seems to me that more and more there are so many alpha male 4 year olds and maybe a bit more worryingly more and more parents who seem to look on and watch their children behave pretty badly.

I understand that it is in some people's make up and genes to push other people around and be generally unpleasant but it really surprises me to see the level of indifference of the parents.

Or maybe it doesn't.
