rememberance day

Is now a family affair, hubby ex services, daughter brownies and me now assistant brownie leader.

Our village had a rememberance service, I walked with the union flag with a brownie and guide carrying our units flags. I felt so proud and honoured to be asked to do it. Daughter behind me with the other brownies and guides hubby walking along side.

All the children were given crosses to put on cenotaph for all the local men and 1 woman who gave thier lives for us to live today.

A moving service followed by a couple of tipples to warm through. Then home to do the household chores.
