No soggy bottoms!

I attempted making scones for the first time since I was little and they came out quite well. A bit on the small side but still, nice colour, even bake, consistent size and shape. Paul and Mary would love me :)

I feel baking is a good outlet for me. I feel better somehow after producing something yummy! And it makes me feel closer to my nanny as she taught the majority of my family how to bake before she passed away.
