One of many
We popped over to see dad today and the three of us walked down to the war memorial for 11am for the two minutes silence. A stroll back through the graveyard seemed even more poignant, especially as the low winter sun through the trees picked out Private W.G.Warburton. It also looked like someone had recently scrubbed up his headstone which was nice.
We, and all of Europe, owe them a great debt.
