The best of times, the worst of times

What a day, started with glorious blue sky and ended with awful rain. I managed to get a bike ride in and snapped this picture 10 miles in. The Isle of Wight is in the background and you can make out the Needles, not too bad definition from an iPhone at that distance.

It was on this ride that I had a call from work that then changed my day and I spent the next 7 hours on a phone conference and having to make some tough decisions. But hey, that's the job.....
