Bird watching -

at Redesmere.

I was unable to go on my field trip with college, we were going
bird spotting at a local nature reserve.
I persuaded my hubby to take me to a local mere where we can
park up and have our lunch, watch and identify the birds.
This is a black headed gull in it's winter plumage.
I was quite pleased to be able to name the majority of the birds we
spotted.
