What a lovely Sunday it has been. Introduced my girl to Kundalini Yoga this morning, gorgeous dog walk in Appin , timed perfectly to catch the light, and then a yummy dinner. (Pork fillet stuffed with Stornoway haemoglobin - I never should have read that label!!)
