Private James Tynan of the East Lancashire Regiment. Died 31st July 1917 at Passchendaele
Private John Crosswaite of the Royal Welch Fusiliers, fought in numerous battles as a sniper including the Somme. Medically discharged after receiving an injury and shrapnel to his chest. He came home and lived to be 96 years old. Today would have been his 118th birthday
