Honey Greek Filo Custard
I mad the most awesome Greek dessert for Susan Sheffield's birthday party. We girls often get together to celebrate life and birthdays...so Susan loves Greek food and so we all brought different Greek foods; there was pastitsio, spanakopita, greek salads, greek cheeses, and I made this wonderful lemon galakatoboureko . What a name that is! It was delicious kind of like a cross between flan an baklava. I would make it again.
