Early 1900's Mining Shack on Horseshoe Mountain

At close to 14k feet, I was surprised to see this mining shack at the top of the mountain. Wind was strong enough that we could easily stand (float) at 45 degree angle. It's amazing the lengths people went to mine back in the day with rudimentary equipment.
