46, 12, 48, 11, 74!

5 of our family of 10 have October or November birthdays so we celebrate ONCE —it’s hard enough to find one date that works for all. Actually until now it’s been the boys — H, our 2 sons and grandson Niklas, but Tatum actually has an October birthday too so she wanted to be included this year! so - the 2nd year of this tradition to have a lineup -the more to see who grows how much —H seems to be shrinking. Last year. it’s kind of like christmas -so nice to have everyone together….Not any quieter tho’ in our small place….their voices grow louder.... In case you are wondering - son #2's present is a Chewbacca lunchbox! Lots of team wear....
I actually made dinner…!!! . hard to do for everyone to have something they like… (we had hummus, chips, vegies, and olive puff appetizers (that my friend R. made) and salmon, mac and cheese, asparagus and green salad with pears and walnuts, apple pie and store bought chocolate birthday cake . Passed on the cheesecake this year. Maybe next.
Now it’s time to chill out after all the work! whew.
