The Republic of Sudan

Observations:

The Sudanese Visa system is much more efficient than, say, India
The crime level in Sudan is remarkably low
A week without alcohol will do me no harm
Photography is extremely difficult. A special permit is required, but even with a quick way into trouble is to point the camera in the wrong direction. Maybe blip will not be possible - which after 1,654 days without a blank...... anyway, we shall see.
