Ice on the lake

My blip found me this morning. I was driving back home from the gym when I decided to pull over to take a shot of a frozen lake.

What I hadn't realised was that the corner of the lake you can see from the lane is only the edge of a local commercially organised fishing area, Coppice Lakes.

I pulled into the car park and took a few photos, trying not to irritate the fishermen who were already well into their Sunday entertainment. It's amazing what Blipfoto has found for me - particularly in the area of my new home
