Day of pondering about whether to go for a new job. I love the one I do but a part of me tells me it's time to move out of my comfort zone .

Work life balance good right now versus potential more money and a better pension so I can enjoy a better retirement. More money and a stepping stone to more promotion in the future

Can I fit anything else in and fit it around the girls .
