Llama jumper
Summer wardrobe swapped for winter.
Found my precious Bolivian llama wool jumper now 17.5 years old and still warm. Very scratchy compared to merino wool but very cosy.
I think I bought it in La Paz, for £7 which was our daily budget (myself and a pal backpacking) and I remember feeling decadent having such a precious thing.
The woman who sold it to me had long, almost black hair. I found a few long, almost black hairs woven into the jumper. Better than finding hair in your soup. Made it more authentic.
