Kebab o'clock
There comes a point, on every Saturday night out, when all those hours in the gym, the balanced sports nutrition, the gruelling training regime, the weight training and those personal goals of creating a body that will one day grace the cover of magazine's like 'Men's Health' and 'GQ'........go out the window and you find yourself in the kebab shop waiting for the 'Athena Special' with extra chilli sauce and a portion of chips!.......usually this fall from grace is preceded by a number of standard imperial pints of a suitably nutritious protein shake!
.......sometimes the kebab is still sitting on the kitchen worktop the following morning....still wrapped!......this might just be me.....but think of the calories saved!
