Getting Stripped!

Now I've found that the engine is a 1.8 litre instead of the original smaller 1.6 litre, but the details in the log book have not been altered appropriately. Also the engine number on the block is different to the engine number in the log book.
The previous owner has been driving round in a car without the complete details necessary for insurance purposes, it seems.
