I may not know the difference between aft and stern, or port and starboard, but I do know this is a propeller and it's on its way to a long winter's nap. The care and feeding of a wooden boat involves hours of sanding, painting and engine repair. It's hard work and a labor of love, all done during the winter and spring months. The lobstermen were hauling out their traps today, too. Three different lobster boats came and went during the time this pleasure boat was being lifted onto the hydraulic boat trailer and prepared for its journey to winter storage. Everyone knows winter is coming!
