mornings
week three of morning shifts - doing it on my bike. Thankfully it is slowly warming up & I haven't had to freeze anything as yet. Also I have stayed dry (except for a few times coming home) ..it also helps with motivation that the sun is up when i leave home at 6:15am...
2.1km is getting easier - and I probably could start going the long way to actually make it north the effort of cycling & so it counts toward some sort of fitness
