Auckland after dark

An evening in town, so its a night shot on a phone borrowed from D...The Town hall all lit up, taken from Aotea Square. It had been raining on and off, so the steps were wet which I was quite pleased about - resulting in lines of light leading up to the building.

I note the flag is at half mast, apparently to mark the funeral of the late President of the Republic of Zambia, His Excellency, Mr. Michael Chilufya Sata. (no I did know that either - had to look it up).
