A Day At A Time.

Pea Soup

It was forecast to rain heavily at the moment I emerged from my front door with Buster for his morning constitutional.

And so it did.

Heavily.

And then it got heavier. The roads became rivers and the drivers a little more careful, and so we made our way up the coast road, more like a flotilla of ships than a queue of traffic.

After nearly an hour, I arrived safely at school. The rain will stop after lunch and by this evening, it will be hard to tell it has rained at all.

But the reservoirs will be grateful.
