Chattering Jackdaws

Pouring with rain this morning so decided to cleanup and clearout my studio. Spotted these two Jackdaws (at least I think they're Jackdaws) through the window and captured them just before they flew off. Amazing they are so sharp as I took it through a rain-wet window! Took a load of books and CDs down to Salvation Army Charity Shop. Quite warm out (10 degrees) although dour so had a walk round town and had a wee blether with friends and then went for coffee together. Had a shop in Lidls on way home and cursed because I had no camera with me because there were a couple of Jackdaws in the Carpark with a lot of white feathers. I haven't seen this before - maybe they were young ones?
